Dear Members,
In accordance with the constitution of the PSLC Tennis Club, notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the club. The AGM will be held in the PSLC on Thursday, 29th January at 8pm.
Nominations are sought for the following positions on the Tennis Club Committee:
- Chairperson
- Vice Chairperson
- Ladies Captain
- Ladies’ Vice Captain
- Men’s Captain
- Men’s Vice Captain
- Hon. Secretary
- Hon. Treasurer
- Junior Liaison Officer
- Vice Junior Liaison Officer
- Social Secretary
Members interested in serving in any of the above positions or in nominating members for the positions are advised to contact the Hon. Secretary (committee@portmarnocktennis.ie) at least seven days prior to the AGM. Members seeking nomination must be proposed and seconded by current members.
Motions for the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Hon. Secretary at least seven days prior to the meeting. Each motion must be submitted with a minimum of two members’ signatures to be deemed valid for inclusion on the AGM agenda.
