Men's or Ladies' Singles

The Singles Competition is open to all members and includes two branches: Men’s and Ladies’. Each branch features three sub-competitions: A, B, and C. Club captains will assign players to the appropriate sub-competition and will publish the draw before the competition begins. The format of each match is best of 3 sets.

There are two competitions: Men’s and Ladies’. Both are open to players aged 35 and over as of June 13, 2025. The format of each match is best of 3 sets.

This is a Singles competition open to all members, with two branches: Men’s and Ladies’. Players are assigned a handicap — either plus, scratch, or minus — based on skill level, meaning they begin each game with extra points, none, or a deficit. The format of the match is 2 sets plus a 10-point championship tiebreak (first to 10 points and 2 points clear) in place of the third set.

This competition is open to all ladies who are 50 years and over as of June 13, 2025. The format of the match is 2 sets plus a 10-point championship tiebreak (first to 10 points and 2 points clear) in place of the 3rd set.

The Doubles Competition is open to all members and includes three branches: Men’s, Ladies’, and Mixed. Each branch features three sub-competitions — A, B, and C — except for the Mixed Doubles, where the B Plate (see details below), replaces the C competition.

The Mixed Doubles Competition also includes three sub-competitions: A, B, and B Plate. Pairs eliminated in the first round of the B competition will enter the B Plate for a second chance.

Club captains will assign players to the appropriate sub-competitions and publish the draw before the competition begins.

The format of each match is best of 3 sets.

There are three competitions: Men’s, Ladies’, and Mixed. Each is open to players aged 50 or older as of June 13, 2025 — both players in a pair must meet the age requirement. The format of the match is 2 sets plus a 10-point championship tiebreak (first to 10-points and 2 points clear) in place of the third set.

The Seeded Competition is open to all members and includes three branches: Men’s, Ladies’ and Mixed. Club captains will assign pairings for this competition and inform all players ahead of the scheduled start date. The format of each match is best of 3 sets.

The Combined 90s Competition is open to doubles pairs whose combined age totals 90 years or more.
For example: if Player A is 40 and Player B is 50, their combined age is 90 — they meet the age requirement. Age is recorded as of June 13, 2025.

In addition, pairs must have a combined Summer League class of 8 or higher.
For example:

  • If both Player A and Player B have a class of 3 (combined total = 6), they are not eligible.

  • If both players have a class of 4 (combined total = 8), they qualify.

If one or both players do not have a current Summer League class, captains will agree a class number. The club captains will determine final eligibility.

The format of each match is best of 3 sets.
