Check the club level most appropriate to you

Level 1 – Beginner

This player is new to the game or has very limited experience. They are learning the basic strokes—forehand, backhand, and serve—and working on simply getting the ball over the net. Movement around the court is basic, and rallies are short. The focus is on building confidence and enjoyment.

Level 2 – Improving Beginner

This player can maintain short rallies at a slow pace and is starting to place the ball with some control. They are developing a consistent serve and beginning to understand court positioning and footwork. There’s noticeable improvement, but they still lack consistency and match experience.

Level 3 – Intermediate

This player is comfortable with medium-paced rallies and can direct the ball with reasonable consistency on both forehand and backhand sides. They are starting to use topspin, approach the net, and understand match tactics. Errors are fewer, and they are capable of playing friendly but competitive games.

Level 4 – Inter/Advanced

This player has reliable strokes, can maintain rallies with depth and control, and has a solid serve. They are confident at the net, use a variety of shots including lobs and drop shots, and can play tactically. Their movement is strong, and they have experience in club competitions or internal leagues.

Level 5 – Advanced Club Player

This is a strong club-level player with a well-rounded game. They have control over pace, spin, and placement, and can adapt their strategy mid-match. They compete regularly in league tennis at a high standard (DLTC Class 3 and above), with strong anticipation, movement, and mental resilience on court.
